我国沙滩排球运动的现状与对策研究

Research on Present Situation of Beach Volleyball of Our Country and Countermeasures

运用文献资料、调查访问、数理统计等研究方法,对我国沙滩排球运动的现状进行分析。结果显示,教练员年龄结构老化、执教年限较短;运动员主要来源为室内排球运动员,运动年限以1-3年为主;裁判员对规则的熟悉程度、临场次数、心理素质为影响其执法水平的主要因素;存在的问题有运动员实践机会不多、普及程度不高、职业化进程缓慢等,据此提出相应对策。

Using the research methods of literature, investigations and interviews, mathematic statistics and so on, this study has made an analysis of the present situation of beach volleyball of our country. The results have indicated that the coaches' age structure ages, the number of years of working as coaches is smaller; the players come mainly from indoor volleyball ones, most of whom go in for beach volleyball for only one to three years; the degree of referees knowing well the rules, their times of conducting matches and psychological quality are the key factors of influencing their on-the-spot performance; and the existing problems include: the players haven't too many practical chances, the degree of popularization isn't high, the professionalized process is slow, etc. Accordingly the paper has put forward some appropriate countermeasures.
