摘要
采用《青少年儿童身体调查表》,从身体的活动性、身体的防御性、直立姿势和动作、疾病及其他4方面对青少年儿童进行问卷调查,了解现代生活环境和方式对青少年儿童身心健康的负面影响。结果显示:共有7种不良现象和行为排在各个学习阶段的前5位。
By using 《 Physical Questionnaire for Young Boys and Girls 》, the present paper has made a questionnaire to young boys and girls for their bodies' activity and defensibility, erect posture and action, disease and the other four aspects, and understood the negative effects of the modern living circumstance and way of life on young boys and girls' health in body and mind. The results have revealed that there are seven kinds of undesirable phenomena and actions in all, which are at the first five places in various learning stages.
