农村义务教育的政府投入

On the Government Investment to Rural Compulsory Education

农村义务教育是准全国性的公共产品 ,其教育投入不能完全由地方政府提供 ,实行全国统一供给也是不可行的。应建立符合中国国情和发展路径的农村义务教育财政体制 ,政府投入应由中央政府和地方政府分担。

Rural compulsory education is a paranational public product. Local government cannot make the educational investment in that completely. We should establish the financial system of rural compulsory education which is according with national conditions and development way of China. The government investment should be shared between the central and the local government.
