摘要
在Sars危机中发生的道德侵权现象 ,说明当前强化公民道德权利意识的重要性。道德权利与法律权利虽有差异 ,但是却有很大共性 ,在调整社会关系方面发挥着互补作用。应该利用法律、政策等措施强化道德权利的要求权、受回报权和自由权 ,建立公民维权意识和尊重他人、尊重社会公众权利的理念 。
The authority appearance is invaded to the morality that in the Sars which intensifies the ethical right of citizen is conscious of significantly. Though there is difference between moral right and legal right, there are general characters between them. They are mutually complementary in adjusting social relations. So we should take measures like law, policy, and etc. to perfect moral education of Chinese citizen0
