Factors Influencing the Development of Private-run High Education and Countermeasures

目前影响我国民办高等教育发展的因素既有社会世俗偏见、国家政策限制等外部环境因素 ,又有民办高校自身的管理、资金、师资等问题的制约。民办高等教育应强化管理 ,加强特色教育 ,建立稳定的校内外实训基地 ,启动科研机制。

Currently not only there are external environmental restriction of social prejudice and national policy limitation on the development of Chinese private-run higher education, but also itself has disadvantage in management, capital and teaching staff quality. So we should strengthen its management and specialized education, establish stable practical training bases, and develop scientific system.
