随着计算机教育在各中小学的不断普及 ,高校计算机基础教育的内容和模式不能在原地停滞不前 ,必须有新的思路。开放式计算机教育是针对传统计算机教学的的弊端而提出的 ,它不仅仅是指单一的实验室开放 。

Alongside the computer teaching popularizing in primary and middle schools, the contents and patterns of it in colleges and universities must be found new train of thought while follow the tradition. Open experiment computer teaching aims at flaws of traditional one. It is not only single laboratory opening, but also the whole reform of computer teaching system.
