视频脑电图与神经元特异性烯醇化酶在儿童癫痫及假性癫痫发作中的诊断意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :确定神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)与视频脑电图 (video EEG)在区分假性癫痫发作中的诊断价值。方法 :对 35例有癫痫样发作的病儿 4 8h内同时进行video EEG及NSE的检测。 结果 :2 3例病儿video EEG有痫样放电 ,其中 1 6例NSE的检测结果明显高于对照组NSE的平均值。仅有 2例NSE正常但脑电图显示有明显痫样放电。结论 :NSE作为脑损伤的生化指标 ,结合video Objective:To investigate clinical value of NSE and video EEG in distinction between epilepsy and pseudo epilepsy Method:Video EEG and NSE were determined in 35 patients who had epilepsy like seizure within 48 hours Results:There were 23 patients who had epilepsy charge,among whom there were 16 cases whose NSE was above average level of control group Only in 2 cases NSE was normal but epilepsy charge was found in their EEG Conclusion:NSE was a biochemical mark of brain damage,and combined with video- EEC it could identify pseudo-epilepsy seizure
