摘要
本文阐述了600MW超临界压力锅炉垂直一次上升管圈水冷壁水动力研究的结果.相应地开发了垂直管圈水动力计算程序,利用程序及热负荷分布,进行了不同节流方式和不同负荷率下的流量分配、出口汽温偏差和管壁温度等的计算.在此基础上,论证了600MW超临界压力变压运行直流锅炉采用垂直管圈的可行性.
The results of study on waterwall's hydrodynamics of 600MW supercritical Unit's primary riser tube coils are presented. The corresponding application program is developed. Calculations of flow distribution, outlet steamtemperature deviation and temperature at waterwall, etc. under diverse ways of throttle and different load rates are conducted by using this program and thermal load distribution. On this base, the feasibility of applying vertical tube coils to 600MW supercritical sliding pressure once-through boiler is demonstrated. Figs 12,tables 3 and refs 8.
