摘要
在中国加入WTO的新形势下,如何使浙江自下而上自发形成的产业集群健康地、可持续地发展起来,是摆在浙江人民和政府面前一项艰巨而紧迫的任务。文章试图依托它的形成的路径来探索浙江产业集群可持续发展之路。在发展产业集群的过程中做到三点一是充分利用比较优势,二是科技创新与大力发展教育事业,三是制度创新。
With today抯 economic globalization, people find that an industry that has competitive advantage in the global market usually gathers at a certain region. With China抯 entry into WTO, it is hard for Zhejiang to develop industry cluster. Points of view on this paper are raised that sustainable and healthy development of industry cluster in Zhejiang could only be realized through system of innovation, vigorous development of science and education, and making industries in the industrial cluster upgrade on the basis of comparative advantage.
