不同糖类和BA对马铃薯(S.Tuberosum)试管薯的影响

THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF SUGAR AND BA ON THE FORMATION OF IN VITRO TUBERS OF POTATO(SOLANUM TUBEROSUM L.)

本文报道不同糖类和 BA 对马铃薯微型薯的影响。结果表明,蔗糖和葡萄糖对块茎形成效果较好,而麦芽糖几乎无作用;蔗糖和 BA 同时使用,使微型薯数明显增加;目前已使用的配比中以10ppmBA+8%蔗糖为最佳;而 BA 和蔗糖对微型薯数的响影均符合二次曲线,其理论最佳组合为8.23ppmBA+22.94%蔗糖。

The effect of sucrose and glucose on tubering was beetter than that of maltose.The number of microtuber was clearly increased when both sucrose and BA wereused.The best combination of BA and sucrose used at present was 10ppm BA+8%sucrose.The effect of BA and sucrose on the number of microtuber followed quad-ratic curve.The most optimum combination of BA and sucrose in theory was 8.23ppm BA+22.94% sucrose.
