摘要
在SHL-Φ35型自洁式、同向旋转双螺杆挤出机上进行了以丁基锂为引发剂的阴离子聚合苯乙烯反应挤出实验。采用静态实验法得到物料在螺杆结构中的填充度分布,在此基础上用平板模型对反应挤出过程进行了模拟。对沿螺杆轴向反应转化率,以及反应热、耗散热、机筒导热等热传递现象所致的温升进行了数值计算,计算结果与苯乙烯反应挤出实验结果比较,符合良好。
Modeling of chemical reactions in a modular intermeshing co-rotating twin-screw extruder is described. This method was applied to the simulation of the anionic bulk polymerization of styrene. Calculations were made for specific modular screw configuration, where both screw elements and kneading disc blocks were included. Reaction conversion and temperature rise were calculated along the screw axis. Good agreement between simulation and experimental results was obtained.
