摘要 介绍了基于硅的微型燃料电池的国内外研究动态,总结了微型燃料电池的研究成果,并对其制作方法中的关键技术进行了阐述。在此基础上,根据微通道的特性,分析了电极板上各种不同截面形状的气道对微型燃料电池性能的影响。当由气道决定的水力直径Dh由大变小时,在同样的实验条件下,电池性能开始逐渐变好,达到一个最佳值后,性能又逐渐下降。 The development of micro-fuel cells based on silicon at home and abroad and their researching results are introduced. Some key technologies of the fabricating method are expounded.According the characteristics of micro channels, the effects of different cross section micro channels on the performances of micro-fuel cells are analyzed.When the hydraulic diameters D_h that are decided by the different micro channels decrease gradually,the performances of micro-fuel cells will increase to a best point graudually at the same test conditions,and then they will become worse and worse.
