对湖北男排参加 2 0 0 0年全国排球联赛的情况进行了专门研究 ,找出湖北男排成绩不佳的主要原因 :身高不够、扣球能力差、拦网失分多、二传不到位、防守失误多、主动得分能力差。提出了改进的措施与方法。

The author made a special study on performances of Hubei Mens Volleyball Team at 2000 National Volleyball League.He found the main reasons of its bad achievements were resulted from insufficient body height,poor ability of smash,poor set up,miss in blocking,muff in defending,and poor scoring.He then put forward measures and approaches for improvement.
