摘要
大众健身操对中老年人身体各器官机能改善和延缓衰老 ,心保健都有特殊的意义。从理论与实践的结合上 ,揭示了健身操对中老年人健身、健心、健体的功能 ,阐述了锻炼的方法和锻炼时所必须遵循的原则。
Popmobility has special significance in improving organ mechanism of the old and middle aged people and preserving the heart.It can retard senility as well.Combining theory with practice,the authors revealed functions of popmobility for invigorating health care,mind and body.They also explained methods and principles to follow in training.
