山楂叶总黄酮对大鼠运动应激性溃疡防治作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Prevention and Cure Functions of Flavone Mixture from Crataegus Leaves on Exercise Stress Ulcer in Rats

对力竭性游泳运动所致的运动应激性溃疡的产生及其机制以及山楂叶总黄酮对大鼠的运动能力和运动应激性溃疡分数的影响进行了观察和探讨。大鼠力竭性游泳运动可导致胃粘膜产生应激性溃疡 ,运动后 2 4小时溃疡消失 ;黄酮组大鼠游泳至力竭的时间为 2 72 .5 5± 14 6 .4 2min ,生理盐水对照组为 16 7.1± 6 3.33min ,P <0 .0 5 ;黄酮组力竭后即刻的胃溃疡分数为 7.90± 7.88,生理盐水对照组胃溃疡分数为 16 .39± 15 .0 8,P <0 .0 5。

This study has been carried out by observing the exhausted swimming induced stress gastric ulcers in rats and discussing the possible mechanisms of the exercise stress gastric ulcers.It has been performed by recording and evaluating the time swimming to exhaustion of rats drunk flavone mixture from leaves of crataegus and measuring and assessing the marks of the exercise stress gastric ulcers in rats drunk flavone mixture from leaves of crataegus.The results showed that the exhausted swimming could induce stress ulcer in rat stomach mucosa and the ulcer had vanished in 24 hours,and the mean time rat swimming to exhaustion in experiment group is 272.55±146.42 min vs:167.1±63.33 min in control group(normal solution),P<0.05,and the mean mark of gastric ulcers in rats immediate after exhausted swimming in experiment group is 7.90±7.88 vs:16.39±15.08 in control group, P<0.05 .From these results,it is concluded that the flavone mixture from leaves of crataegus could prolong the time rat swimming to exhaustion and reduce the marks of the exercise stress gastric ulcers significantly.
