关于乡镇基层依法行政的思考

乡镇基层依法行政事关农村发展大局。依法行政 ,需要加大普法力度 ,努力培养群众的法律意识 ;需要加强干部队伍建设 ,努力提高基层干部法律素质 ;需要努力改善基层干部的行政执法环境 ;需要加强法律监督。

The basic-level legal administration of villages and towns is related to the overall situation of rural development. At present among the administration behaviors of candres at basic level exists mang problems and inadequacies.For legal administration,the dessemination of law needs to be strengthened to develop the legal sense of the mass.The construction of candres needs to be consolidated to improve their legal qualities.Meanwhile,the environment of administration needs to be bettered,and the legal supervision needs to be strengthened as well.
