摘要
用CaCO_3(A.R.),SiO_2(_4N),Mg(NO_3)_2·6H_2O(A.R.),CaCl_2(A.R.)和Eu_2O_3(_4N)为原料,经高温固相反应,得到了新荧光体Ca_(4-x)Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu_x^(2+).对该荧光体的晶体结构和荧光光谱进行分析发现:该荧光体可能为单中心发光,Eu^(2+)主要占据对称性为C_2的Ca~Ⅱ格位.
Using CaCO3, Mg(NO3)2·6H2O, CaCl2, SiO2 and Eu2O3 as raw materials, a new Eu2+-doped phosphor Ca8-xMg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eux2+ has been synthesized by high temperature solid phase reaction. Its crystal structure and fluorescence spectra show that the phosphor has single luminescent center and Eu2+ ion mainly occupies the site Ca11 with the symmetry C2.
