摘要 本文分析了油页岩的燃料与燃烧特征,并对人炉燃料、着火燃烧后的炉料及循环灰的颗粒特性进行了详细的研究分析.在此基础上提出了适用于高灰分、低热值、宽筛分劣质燃料的有关循环倍率、分离器效率与炉料颗粒特性之间相互关系的数学模型.从而使循环流化床锅炉设计更趋完善.同时讨论了油页岩循环流化床锅炉的洁净燃烧技术和锅炉设计中的几个关键数据. The composition and combustion features of petrolo-shale are analysed together with the detail discussion about fual into furnace, furnace burden after combustion and particle characteristics of circulating ash. on this basis, the mathematic models for correlation of related circulation factor, efficiency of separators with particle characteristics of furnace burden, which are suitable to wide-meshed poor grade fuel with high ash content and low heating value,are proposed for the purpose of making design of fluidized circulation bed boiler more perfect. In the meantime, the clean combustion technology for petrolo-shale fired fluidized circulation bed boiler and some essential data inboiler design are also discussed.
