Based on the objective of the practice of supply chain performance evaluation,the importance of it is showed.The design construct is proposed from the angle of the realization of software.The realization method is expounded.What’s more,a kind of arithmetic is proposed to aim at the gaining of optimization advice.It is the aim to establish an integrated framework of supply chain performance evaluation system and be useful for reference in this field.
