摘要 本文基于炉膛温度场声学测量原理和测量装置结构 ,给出一种工业炉温度场测量装置的实现方法。该装置由嵌入式单片机系统完成声波信号的发送和采集 ,通过以太网进行单片机和微机间的通信 ,利用声学测量技术 ,得到精确的声波传播时间 。 A measuring system for temperature field of industrial Boiler is presented in this paper based on the acoustic measurement principle. The system is composed of three major units, data acquisition unit controlled by a single chip controller, dada communication unit by means of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols, and computation unit for temperature field with personal computer. Temperature field of boiler's furnace is reconstructed with accurate travel time of sound wave using acoustics measurement technology.
