摘要
本文报道寄生于鱼类的粘孢子虫二新种,标本采自浙江省余姚和福建省建瓯,文内叙述二新种的形态结构。
This paper deals with two new species of Myxosporidian parasites from fishes in China.Measurments are in micron. Type specimens are deposited in Department of Biology, Hang-zhou University. 1. Myxobolus jianouensis sp. nov. (fig. 1) Host Leptobotia compressicauda (Nichole) Location Gill filaments. Locality Jianou City (118.20°E, 27.5°N), Fujian Province. Cyst: White roundish form. Spore Oval in thecal view, convex form in sutural and top view; sutural ridge straightand notable. Two little unequal pear-shaped polar capsules arranged at the anterior end ofspore. Sporoplasm with an iodinophilous vacuole. This species is similar to M. cyprinicolar Reuss, 1906, but differs from the latter in the sizeand shape of the spore and polar capsules. 2. Henneguya periophthalmusi sp. nov. (fig. 2) Host Periophthalmus cantonensis (Osbeck). Location Gill filaments. Locality Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, (30.5°N, 121.10°E.) Cyst Milk-white in color, small oval form, 0.2-0.3mm in diameter. Spore Oval in thecal view. With 2 short caudal filaments. Ellipsoid in sutural view.Satural ridge straight and noable. Two large polar capsules arranged at the anterior end ofspore. This species is similar to H. zikawiensis Sikama, 1939, but is distinguishable from the latterby the shape and dimention of spore.
