摘要
目的 :观察派丽奥抗生素软膏治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法 :将临床 6 2例牙周病患者 2 4 8个患牙随机分成局部机械治疗对照组和加用派丽奥的实验组 ,记录治疗前后的牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、牙齿松动度和附着水平的改变并进行分析。结果 :两组治疗前无显著性差异 ,治疗后各时段均有显著性差异。结论 :派丽奥能提高牙周炎治疗的成功率 ,是值得推广的牙周炎局部治疗药物。
AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of periocline on the treatment of periodontitis.METHODS:Sixty-two patients suffering periodontitis were devided into two groups randomly.Observe the changes of pocket depth,gingival index,mobility degree and attachment level before and after treatment with periocline.RESULTS:Before treatment,the average of PD,GI,MD and AL between two groups is no difference,however there are different after treatment.CONCLUSION:Periocline is an effective medicine for treating periodontitis locally.
