摘要
微生物基因组全序列测定计划正在全球被快速地推行。细菌基因组研究加快了重要致病基因发现的速度 ,在揭示细菌的毒力、阐明细菌的致病机制、新的抗菌药物设计与开发和更新的预防性疫苗的发展等方面都得到了飞速的发展。本文选择几种在基因组研究方面已有突破口的细菌作一综述。
Microbial Genome Program (MGP) is being carried out rapidly in the whole world. Bacterial genomic researches speed up the finding of key pathogenic genes. Moreover,they will contribute to reveal bacterial virulence,clarify bacterial pathogenesis,design new antibacterial drugs and vaccines. This review concerns about several types of bacteria whose genomic researches have been well done.
