摘要 牙龈蛋白酶是牙龈卟啉菌的主要致病因子 ,因其对宿主蛋白的广泛活性受到了普遍关注。本文就牙龈蛋白酶的生化特征、基因结构、蛋白分子结构与作用的研究现状作一综述。 Porphyromonas gingivalis is implicated as etiologic agent in the pathogenesis of adult human periodontal diseases.Gingipains might act as the main virulence factors of Porphyromonas gingivalis .It has wide biological activities on the periodontal tissue proteins.So they attract more and more attention now.Therefore,we review the recent research about biochemical character、gene structure、protein structure and action of it.
