摘要
提出了气缸盖座圈锥孔与气门导杆孔加工的新工艺,设计了座圈锥孔与气门导杆孔加工的新型复合刀具的具体结构,并对铬钼镍粉末冶金气门座圈进行了刀具耐用度实验以确定合适的刀具材料。
The new technology for machining of the valve seat tapered hole and valve guide hole is presented. The detailed structure of new combined cutting tool is designed. The durability test of the cutting tool for the Cr-Mo-Ni powder metallurgical valve seat has been made to determine the proper material for the cutting tool.
