石油化工重大技术装备国产化20年回顾

介绍了中国石化股份有限公司炼油和石油化工重大装备的国产化历程和现状,并与日本的做法和国产化速度进行了对比,同时对今后的国产化工作提出了建议。从作者阐述的情况可以看出,炼油、石油化工重大装备国产化工作是有成绩的,但这些成绩的取得是异常艰难的,成绩背后隐藏的问题是耐人寻味的。

The domestication history and present situation of petrochemical major technical e-quipments for SINOPEC were recommended. And the domestication speed was compared with Japanese method of work. A suggestion of domestication work from now on was made. From the situation mentioned by the author we could see that the petrochemical major equipments domestication work had achievement, but it is very difficult to gain that achievement. The hidden problems existing in achievement gave food for thought.
