CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH PRESSURE GAS WELL OF SMALL CLEARANCE

摘要 毛坝 1井是 1口高压气井 ,要求全井封固 ,固井施工和候凝过程容易出现水泥浆稠化憋泵、水泥浆污染盐岩层、井漏、气窜或井涌等风险。经过对该井的认真研究 ,采用了尾管固井再回接的方法 ,优选了套管工具附件、水泥浆体系等配套技术 ,使该井固井成功 ,创造了该地区复杂井固井先例。文中详细介绍了毛坝 1井的固井设计和施工技术 ,为今后小间隙高压气井固井提供了经验。 As a high pressure gas well, complete isolation to well Maoba-1 is required. However, during cementing operation and WOC, such risks as cement slurry thickening causing pump failure, salt bed contamination by cement slurry, lost circulation, gas channeling or well kick are likely to happen. Based on careful study and analysis, the method of liner cementing/tie-back was applied, with the help of casing ware and cement slurry system optimization. The cementing of this well was a success and set an example of complex well cementing in this area. Cementing design and operation technologies of this well are illustrated in detail, and it provides valuable experience for cementing the high pressure gas well of small clearance.
