摘要
天津石化公司化工厂芳烃车间连续重整装置采用GCR 10 0型重整催化剂生产高辛烷值芳烃原料。经过一年多的运转和装置考核表明 ,该催化剂具有良好的反应活性、选择性和稳定性 ;脱戊烷塔底油RON最高达 10 6 .6 ,脱戊烷塔底液体收率最高达 92 .13% ;该催化剂的再生性能好 ,比表面积损失小 ,持氯能力强 ,经过 80个再生周期后 ,比表面积仍保持在 16 9m2 /g ,考核期间由于磨损小 ,平均产生粉尘量仅为 1.8kg/d。
The continuous reformer of Chemical Plant at Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation adopted GCR-100 catalyst for producing high octane number aromatics raw material. More than one year’s operation and test run showed that the said catalyst had high activity, selectivity and stability. The said catalyst also exhibited good regeneration ability, low loss of surface area and strong chlorine retention ability. After 80 regeneration cycles, the surface area of the catalyst still maintained 169m 2 /g. The average catalyst fines produced by attrition during the test run were only 1.8kg per day. The yield of depentanizer bottoms was 92.13% with a RON of 106.6.
