轻质油铜含量测定中应注意的问题

ATTENTIONS TO THE DETERMINATION OF TRACE COPPER IN LIGHT OILS

在采用SH/T182— 92方法测定轻质油中的痕量铜时 ,有时会产生测定值与真实值严重不符的现象。研究结果表明 ,产生这种现象的原因在于显色剂中二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铅数量的相对不足。在采取减少取样量 ,或增加显色次数 ,或增加显色剂体积的措施后 ,问题得到满意解决。鉴此 ,对该方法提出了改进意见。

The determined results sometimes were serious inconformity to the actual values in the analysis of trace copper in light oils with SH/T 182-92 method. The study showed that the cause of the problem was attributed to the relative shortage in concentration of plumbum dithiocarbamate in the coloring agent. The problem could be solved satisfactorily by reducing sampling amount, or increasing coloring times, or increasing the volume of coloring agent. Suggestions for modification of the existed method were made.
