糠醛精制装置的腐蚀与缓蚀剂的研制 被引量:3

摘要 兰州石化公司糠醛精制装置于 2 0 0 1年投产 ,在第 1生产周期 (8月 10日~ 14日 )内 ,抽出油系统的多台换热器发生泄漏被迫停工检修 ;在第 2生产周期 (2 0 0 1年 9月 2 5日~ 2 0 0 2年 4月 10日 )内 ,又有多台换热器及溶剂 (系统的水封管道 )发生泄漏。腐蚀调查发现 ,糠醛酸是造成腐蚀的主要原因 ,为此研制了一种含氮的有机专用缓蚀剂—SB - 2 0 16。工业试验表明在正常投加量为 0 .75‰的情况下 ,脱水塔底排水的pH值由 4 .70上升到 7.80 ,Fe2 + 含量平均由 19.2 7mg/L下降到 2 .75mg/L 。 After the furfural refining unit was commissioned in Lanzhou Petrochemical Complex in 2001, a number of heat exchangers in the extract system leaked and the unit had to be shutdown for maintenance in the first operating cycle (August 10~14) and several heat exchangers and water seal pipelines in the solvent system experienced leakages in the 2nd operating cycle (Sept. 25, 2001~april 10, 2002). The investigation has found that the furfural acid is the main culprit for the corrosion. To control the corrosion, a dedicated organic corrosion inhibitor containing nitrogen-SB-2016 has been developed. The commercial application demonstrates that the pH value is raised to 7.80 from 4.70 and average Fe 2+ is reduced to 2.75 mg/L from 19.27 mg/L at a dosage of 0.075%. The corrosion inhibition is obvious.
