摘要
介绍了一种以铝酸钙为主要原料的新型高分子无机混凝剂—复合硅铝铁混凝剂的生产过程。实践证明 ,控制主反应温度是制取高质量聚合铝的关键 ;而控制副反应的发展方向 ,可制得适合不同污水的复合硅铝铁混凝剂。将上述混凝剂分别用于电厂和炼油厂污水处理 。
The process of production of a new high-molecule inorganic coagulant-compound aluminum-iron silica using calcium silicate as the main raw material is introduced. The production practice proves that proper control of the main reaction temperature is very critical for the production of high-quality polymer alumina while the control of site-reaction direction can produce compound aluminum-iron silica coagulants for different waste waters. Good results have been achieved when the above coagulants have been used in the waste water treatment for power plants and petroleum refineries.
