摘要
以重整试验装置中所用的管式电阻炉为对象 ,以IBMPC/AT386微机为控制器核心 ,结合温度传感器、A/D板、输出板和固态继电器等 ,组成一套温度控制系统 ,运用TurboC2 .0功能齐备的集成开发环境和丰富的库函数进行应用程序的编制 ,并采用模块化设计 ,对用户界面进行优化 ,使程序结构良好。该系统经过实际运行表明 。
A real-time temperature control system has been successfully developed for catalytic reformer pilot plant based upon tube type electric-resistance furnace, IBM PC/AT386 as the controller, A/D plate, output plate and solid relay. The integration development environment of Turbo C2.0 with complete functions, the rich coulomb functions, the modular design and optimization of client's interfaces have all contributed to the good structure of the application program. The operation of the control system shows that the integrated design of the system is very successful.
