摘要
针对加氢裂化装置高压阀门使用特点 ,通过对阀门设计制造中具体问题的探讨 (如阀体锻造和铸造关系、阀体材料选择、密封面Stellite 6与Stellite 2 1区别、压力自密封、合理填料密封结构、加氢裂化阀门阀杆材料等 )以及提升式轨道球阀的特殊结构与要求的介绍 。
A detail discussion is provided on the application characteristics of the high-pressure valves for hydrocrackers, the specific issues in the design and manufacturing of the valves (such as the relationship between casting and forging of valve body, material selection, the difference between seal surface Stellite 6 and Stellite 21, pressurized seal, proper packing construction and material of valve stem,etc) are studied and the unique construction and requirements of lift ball valve are introduced. The critical points for the selection and quality control of high-pressure valves for hydrocrackers are presented.
