摘要
过剩空气系数、排烟温度、燃料用量是影响加热炉热效率的三个主要因素。沧州分公司常减压装置的两台加热炉通过选用长火焰燃烧器并将加热炉风机改为变频控制后 ,常压炉和减压炉的过剩空气系数可控制在 1.2和 1.18的最佳状态 ,使热效率分别达到 89%和 87%。与此同时 ,通过采用低频声波除灰装置 ,有效避免了炉管积灰 ;通过减少雾化蒸汽用量等措施 。
The excessive air coefficient, flue gas emission temperature and fuel consumption are three major factors affecting the heat efficiency of the furnace. When the long-flame burners were selected for the two furnaces in the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Cangzhou Petrochemical Company and the air blower was changed to variable-frequency control, the excessive air coefficient of the atmospheric furnace and vacuum furnace could be controlled at a optimal range of 1.2 and 1.18 and the heat efficiency reached 89% and 87% respectively. At the same time, the application of low-frequency wave ash blower has effectively minimized the build-up of ash on furnace tubes the reduction of atomizing steam has reduced the risk of dew point corrosion.
