摘要
锦州石化公司炼油一厂Ⅱ套常减压蒸馏装置的减压炉辐射室 ,所用炉衬原为岩棉毡和陶纤毡衬里 ,由于存在施工和收缩接缝 ,致使炉壁超温并可能产生烟气露点腐蚀。经改用耐火纤维喷涂衬里后 (高铝纤维层 5 0mm ,普铝纤维层 15 0mm) ,炉壁温度下降了 2 5 .6℃ ,同时具有施工简便 ,无接缝、强度高、节能显著和防烟气露点腐蚀等优点 。
In No. 2 atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, the radiant chamber of the vacuum furnace was installed with the mineral wool felt and ceramic wool felt lining. As there were construction and contraction joints, the furnace experienced wall temperature over-run which led to flue gas dew point corrosion. After it was replaced with sprayed fire-resistant fiber lining (50 mm high aluminum fiber layer and 150 mm common aluminum fiber layer), the wall temperature has dropped by 25.6℃. In addition, the lining offers the advantages of easy construction, no connection joints, high strength, saved energy and resistance to flue gas dew-point corrosion. The performance is superior over that of pasted lining.
