从规范管理,提高人员素质,加强思路创新和高效务实等方面进行了探讨,提出了办公室工作人员只有不断地提高工作能力与工作效率,才能全面开创新时期的办公室工作。
This paper probes into how to elevate handle affairs level in office from aspects of standard management, enhancing staff capability, strengthening thought renew and deal with concrete matters relating to work with high efficiency and so on, points out that workers only continually elevate handle affair level and efficiency, can initiate new stage of office affair in new times.
