摘要
通过对住宅小区智能化的3个子系统,即安全自动防范系统、通信自动化系统、管理自动化系统的探讨,提出了智能化管理为住宅小区营造安全舒适环境的合理化建议。
This paper introduces the three sub-system of intelligentized operation in housing district: security automatic defendable system; communication automatic system; management automatic system, points out that intelligentized operation system can create safe and comfortable environment for housing district.
