决芦降压口服液治疗原发性高血压的实验研究

Experimental study on Juelu antihypertension oral liquid in treating primary hypertension

目的探讨决芦降压口服液通腑滋阴泄肝的药效学依据。方法Wistar(30只,分大、小剂量组与对照组各10只)及高血压模型大鼠(10只)分别给予决芦降压口服液1.5ml/100g体重,用大鼠血压心率仪测定大鼠尾动脉收缩压及心率,观察给药前及给药后血压及心率的变化。结果给予决芦降压口服液后,正常大鼠及高血压模型大鼠血压均明显降低,同时高血压模型大鼠心率减慢。结论决芦降压口服液降低大鼠血压及心率可能是通腑滋阴泄肝的药效学基础。

Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamical base of purgation, nourishing Yin and relief of hyperactivity of liver of Juelu antihypertension oral liquid (JLOL). Methods Normal Wistar and hypertensive model rats were given JLOL 1.5ml/100g desperately. Rat's blood pressure and heart rate were observed before and after given the drug. Result The drug not only lowered normal Wistar and hypertensive model rat's blood pressure remarkably, but also slowered the latter's heart rate. Conclusion Lower rat's blood pressure and heart rate could be pharmacodynamical base of purgation, nourishing Yin and relief of hyperactivity of liver for JLOL.
