摘要
阐述了对耐蚀抗磨新型铸铁材料(代号SSA)的研究,对该材料的设计思路、实验方法、技术特点和优势做了详细说明,分析了SSA材料生产工艺中的技术难点,并提出了相应的对策。通过实验室和生产现场工况试验对SSA材料的技术性能和使用性能进行了验证。结果表明:SSA耐蚀抗磨新型铸铁材料的技术性能和使用性能,能够满足渣浆泵输送磷石膏料浆的工况使用要求,使用寿命远远高于进口材料FeCr30;SSA材料有广阔的应用空间。
The development of new type of corrosion-resisting and wear-resisting cast iron (coded as SSA) is stated, especially in detail in design idea, experimental method, technical features and superiorities, the technical difficult keys in its process analyzed and the relative counter-measures presented. The technique and application performance of SSA material were verified through experiments and production condition test. It is showed from the result that it can meet the practical production requirement for slag mud pump to convey ardealite mud material, its working life much longer over the imported FeCr30 and so it has a wide prospect
