在社会主义初级阶段 ,人的全面发展的现实视角是促进人的能力的全面发展。我国社会主义现代化建设的成败以及成效大小在很大程度上取决于人的发展状况 ,取决于人的能力的发展状况。当代中国社会的发展最需要的但也是最缺乏的 ,是具有能力、尤其是具有创新能力的建设者。加快“人力资源能力建设”已是当务之急。人的能力发展总是受到人的关系发展的制约 ,能力建设离不开良好的生态环境和与市场经济相匹配的自由、民主、平等、独立的新型人际关系。

The all-round development of man from the view of reality is to promote the all-round development of man's abilities during the primary phase of socialism. Whether the socialistic modernizations of our country succeeds will depends largely on the status of the development of man's abilities,so what's required most and what lacks severely at present are capable people,especially those with innovation ability. The development of man's abilities is restricted by his social relations,and depends on good environment and a new type of free,democratic and equal human relations matched with market economy.
