From the visual angle of culture ,the paper discusses evolvement course in the historical period from 'May Fifth' to the year of 1949 ,and sets forth the relevant origin relation between the noumenon of movie and television art and Chinese social history ,so as to anatomise the history and the development actuality of Chinese movie and television culture .
