摘要
研究了钴、锰对生产精对苯二甲酸(PTA)的废水处理中厌氧污泥活性的影响。通过污泥产气量与钴、锰含量的关系,可以直观地反映出钴、锰对污泥活性的影响。结果表明:当污水处理系统的钴质量浓度低于200mg/L、锰质量浓度低于100mg/L时,随着钴、锰含量增加,厌氧污泥活性提高,当钴、锰质量浓度分别超过200mg/L和100mg/L时,厌氧污泥的活性受到抑制。
The Effects of cobalt and manganese on the activity of anaerobic sludge in the treatment of waste water from the production of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) were studied. The relations between the gas yield of sludge and the cobalt and manganese directly reflected the effects of cobalt and manganese on the activity of the sludge. The results showed: when the mass concentration of cobalt in the waste water treatment system was lower than 200 mg/L and that of manganese lower than 100 mg/L, with the increase of the contents of cobalt and manganese, the activity of the anaerobic sludge was increasing; and when the mass concentrations of cobalt and manganese exceeded 200 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively, the activity of the anaerobic sludge was inhibited.
