长轴离心泵的采用及泵站结构设计的探讨

摘要 对立式、卧式2种泵型进行比较;为满足库水位变幅大的特点,泵房采用竖井式结构,使机组在各种工况下,均能处于高效区运行,降低运行费用。为提高主厂房抗浮稳定性,地基基础采用锚筋加固方案。 After comparing the vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, the pump house adopts the pit type structure in order to meet the requirement of large amplitude of reservoir level fluctuation. Consequently, units can operate in high efficient zone under various operation conditions and thus operation cost is reduced. The foundation adopts anchor bar reinforcement scheme to increase anti-floating stability of the main pump house.
