摘要
项目管理是现代工程项目建设的主要模式。建设项目是一个系统工程,需要通过与之相适应的管理模式、管理程序、管理方法、管理技术去实现。项目经理责任制和项目成本核算制是项目管理体制核心。企业层服务于项目层,而项目层服从于企业层,建立企业内部市场化运行经营机制,组建具有设计、采购、施工全功能的EPC工程总承包企业,融入全球市场。
Project management is the major mode of modern construction project management. Construction project is a system project to be realized with corresponding management mode, procedure, method and technique. The kernel of project management system is project manager responsibility system and project cost accounting system. Enterprise level is in the service of project level, whereas project level is subject to enterprise level. By establishing EPC general contract enterprise with internal market function management mechanism can we enter the global construction market.
