树突状细胞抗日本血吸虫感染保护性免疫力的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨日本血吸虫可溶性虫卵抗原 (SEA)致敏树突状细胞抗血吸虫感染的保护性免疫力。方法利用SEA分别致敏树突状细胞和巨噬细胞 ,将致敏树突状细胞和巨噬细胞分别免疫BALB/C小鼠 3次 ,攻击感染 6周后计数成虫和肝脏虫卵。结果SEA致敏树突状细胞免疫小鼠诱导 2 7.3%的减虫率和 4 1.5 %的减卵率 ,明显高于SEA致敏巨噬细胞组 (2 2 .0 %和 30 .7% )和未致敏树突状细胞及巨噬细胞组 (16 .3% ,2 7.3%和 11.7% ,17.0 % ) ,血清抗体水平于第 6周达高峰。结论SEA致敏树突状细胞具有抗日本血吸虫感染的保护性免疫作用。 ObjectiveTo explore the protective immunity of SEA loading dendritic cells and macrophage against infection of Schistosoma japonicum.Methods Dendritic cells and macrophages were loaded with SEA,respectively. The BALB/C mice were immunized with the loading dendritic cells and macrophages three times, respectively. The number of adult worm and the egg number of liver were calculated six weeks after challenging with cecariae of Schistosoma japonicum.Results The rate of worm reduction and egg reduction in the group of loading dendritic cell were 27.3% and 41.5% respectively, higher than that of group of loading macrophage (22.0% and 30.7%), unloading dendritic cell and macrophage (16.3%,27.3% and 11.7%,17.0%). The high peak of sera antibody level of mice was in sixth week. Conclusion The results indicated that SEA loading dendritic cell could induce protective immunity against infection of Schistosoma japonicum.
