摘要
目的合成富马酸聚乙醇酯 (PEGF)复合材料。方法用富马酸二乙醇酯 (DEF)与聚乙二醇 (PEG)反应合成了PEGF ,然后 ,与含 β 磷酸三钙 (β TCP)的二丙烯酸聚乙醇酯 (PEFDA)共聚。 结果PEGF与PEFDA共聚物和 β TCP复合材料的性能较好。 结论此材料适合作为网状骨的替代修复材料。
Objective To synthesize poly (ethylene glycol) fumarate (PEGF)complex material. Methods The PEGF was synthesized by diethyhere fumarate(DEF)with poly (ethylene glycol)(PEG)and then copolymerized with poly (ethylene glycol)diacrylate(PEGDA)including β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP).Results The mechanical properties of the copolymer were good. Conclusion This copolymer applies to replacement cancellous bone.
