民主政治是依法治国的基础和前提,只有加强建设中国特色的社会主义民主政治,才能推进法治化进程,实现以法 治国。
Democratic politics is the basis and premise of administering the country in conformity with legal provisions. Only when socialist democratic politics is strengthened, can legalization be promoted and the country be runned in conformity with legal provisions.
