摘要
对影响错距旋压的工艺因素进行了分析,运用优化设计理论对诸工艺参数进行了优化处理,并用30CrMnSiA材料在ST40-22 CNC数控旋压机上进行了试验验证,结果表明两者符合得较好。
In this paper, the technical factors affecting the quality of stagger spinning are analyzed, and the technical parameters are processed on the basis of optimization design theory. Then tests for alloy steel 30CrMnSiA in ST40-22 CNC flow forming machine are given. The testing results show a good agreement with the calculating values.
