摘要
介绍济南钢铁集团公司新型的棒材在线轧后双线高效穿水冷却系统。该系统能明显降低钢材上冷床温度 ,解决了钢材速冷后内部产生不良组织的问题以及不同组织形态的相互渗透对焊接性能的不利影响 ,使焊接焊口热影响区的性能与未焊接基材区域的性能相同。
A double line high efficiency water penetration cooling system has been described in this article, which evidently reduced the steel temperature on the cooling bed, so that the internal improper structure issues of the steel bar after fast cooling can be well solved as well as the unfavorable influence for the mutual penetration of different structure to the welding performance, in this case ,the performances between the welding heat affecting zone and base material zone of the un-welding shall be the same.
