摘要
指出了两种传统钢丝绳设计计算方法的弊端。根据起重机钢丝绳失效主要是金属疲劳的原理 ,采用应力 -强度干涉模型 ,对起重机钢丝绳进行了疲劳可靠性设计。通过实例计算 ,得出了钢丝绳所需直径大小 ,并与两种传统设计方法得出的结果进行比较 ,可以看出 。
The disadvantages of the two traditional calculation methods for the steel rope have been described in this paper. Since the main failure reason of the steel rope is the fatigue of the metal , the fatigue reliability design of the crane steel rope can be executed by means of stress-strength interference model. Through the actual calculation, the different diameter needed by the rope has been obtained. Comparison with the two traditional design methods, the fatigue reliability design is more practical.
